Companies are dedicating escalating amounts of money and reputation to product and service endorsements by athletes. Endorsement and sponsorship income has become a boon for the big-sport celebrity athletes and a necessity for the lesser known and those involved in the less glamorous sports. The terms and deal points of an endorsement agreement will be reviewed with consideration of the concerns to both parties.
