    Nancy Neal Yeend, Carol Webster Millie and R. Michael Kasperzak have over 70 years combined civil mediation experience. Nancy is a member of the National Judicial College Faculty, and Carol and Mike are experienced litigators. They are all founding members of Silicon Valley Mediation Group.
