Bradley Bostick

Bradley Bostick has been a member of BASF’s Mediation Services panel since 2006. He is an AV rated attorney with 25 years of litigation experience primarily in the areas of personal injury, product liability and premises liability. His representation of plaintiffs and defendants throughout his career allows him to better appreciate the interests and concerns of all sides in his mediation practice. He has successfully mediated well over 100 civil cases.
Bostick has over 150 hours of mediation training, including the Rosenberg Advanced Mediation School, the UC Berkeley Mediation Institute and the 3rd District Court of Appeal Mediation Intensive. He is also a court-approved mediator in the counties of Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Solano and Sonoma. He serves as a mediator for the First and Third District Court of Appeals.

Katherine Gallo

A new addition to BASF’s Mediation Services panel in 2010, Katherine Gallo is an attorney in San Mateo County, and has been actively involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a Special Master, Discovery Referee, and Mediator for the Bay Area since 1994.

Gallo has handled over 200 cases as a mediator or Pro Tem Settlement Judge, with a settlement rate in excess of 90 percent. Her cases have covered the areas of real property (including eminent domain, easements and commissions), personal injury, product liability, elder abuse, construction defect (including liens and construction operations losses), employment (including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims), business disputes, and Lemon Law.
