Arthur Siegel, Law Offices of Arthur R. Siegel

Arthur Siegel has also served on BASF’s mediation panel since its beginning. In over 30 years of practice, he has handled court trials, jury trials, arbitrations, administrative hearings, as well as severance negotiations for his clients. Siegel lectures to community and legal organizations in the areas of mediation and employment law.
Seigel has had experience in managing the litigation of numerous individual and class discrimination claims against the trucking industry, its trade organizations and union entities. Since 1995, he has served as a mediator and neutral evaluator in employment disputes, both privately and for state and federal courts in the San Francisco Bay Area. His mediation is generally facilitative, but his extensive background in employment law and civil litigation permits a more evaluative process when necessary
