Charles Triay

Charles TriayCharles Triay has been in private practice for 32 years, specializing in probate litigation matters. He has participated in about 100 mediations as an advocate. Since becoming a mediator in 2004 and joining BASF’s Mediation Services panel in 2005, Triay has enjoyed an 86% settlement rate for his mediations.
Triay has been self employed in the active practice of law since 1978 and was certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law in 1992. He is a member of the California State Bar, Probate and Litigation Sections, the Alameda County Bar Association, Probate and Litigation Sections and The Bar Association of San Francisco.

 

Nicole Gesher
Attorney and Mediator, Gesher Mediation

Nicole GesherA recent addition to the BASF mediation panel, Nicole Gesher has her own mediation practice in San Francisco, Gesher Mediation, which focuses on civil disputes, including business/corporate disputes, neighborhood issues, dissolution of partnerships, debt allocation, family law, and intellectual property disputes. She is especially skilled at working with emotionally charged cases. She employs a generally facilitative mediation style, allowing the parties to drive the process.
Gesher is a licensed California attorney and a member of BASF. In addition to being a BASF-approved mediator, she is also a Community Boards certified mediator, where she volunteers regularly.
