Claudia Viera is an experienced attorney-mediator who primarily focuses on employment, contract and business disputes. She draws on her years of legal experience as an employment attorney with Littler Mendelson, the largest employment and labor law firm in the nation, to promote effective communication and increased understanding between parties in conflict.

Viera has mediated over 100 cases and has participated in over 370 hours of mediation training. Her most recent mediations include cases of sexual harassment, race harassment and discrimination, disability discrimination, wrongful termination, business dissolution of a partnership, age discrimination, wage claims, and landlord/tenant disputes. She also mediates in Spanish.

Viera previously practiced employment law at Littler Mendelson, where she worked with a variety of Fortune 500 companies in both state and federal court. She is a member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Mediation Services of The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF), Yolo County Court ADR Mediation Panel, Conflict Resolution Panels Guardianship/Small Claims Court, and East Bay Community Mediation.

Hourly Rate: $325 per hour
