Marco Quazzo is an experienced mediator with a knack for settling difficult cases. Since 1999 he has settled dozens of lawsuits as a mediator and as a panelist for the Early Settlement Program in San Francisco Superior Court. Quazzo has extensive experience mediating business, commercial, construction, franchise, landlord/tenant, real estate and lemon law disputes. In addition to his work as a mediator, Quazzo maintains an active civil litigation practice as a partner of Barg, Coffin, Lewis & Trapp, LLP in San Francisco. Quazzo also serves on the faculty for the Intensive Advocacy Program at the University of San Francisco Law School, and teaches trial and deposition-taking skills at programs sponsored by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Quazzo received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on Law Review. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University. Prior to joining Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP, Quazzo was a partner at MBV Law LLP, a litigator with McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen in San Francisco, worked in the Alameda County District Attorney's office, and served as a law clerk to the Hon. D. Lowell Jensen of the U.S. District Court in San Francisco. Quazzo holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating very high legal ability and very high ethical standards. Hourly Rate: $350 |
