Patricia Prince is a private mediator, offering dispute resolution services in San Francisco, Marin County and the Greater Bay Area. Her practice focuses primarily on disputes in the areas of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment and wage and hour cases; business transactions, including buy/sell agreements, trademark and other intellectual property disputes; partnership disputes and fiduciary law, including probate disputes and will contests. She also handles commercial landlord/tenant disputes, premises liability and personal injury cases. Prince is a tenacious and creative mediator who combines a personable demeanor with years of practical experience as a mediator, lawyer and business person, to help parties resolve their disputes. She has been a business litigator for over 15 years, practicing in the areas of securities, intellectual property, employment and general contract law for the investment, media, entertainment and high tech industries. She has represented domestic and international clients in both state and federal courts. She continues to practice law on a part-time basis, although her primary focus since 2001 has been her mediation practice. Prince received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. from Stanford University. She serves as a mediator panelist for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the San Francisco Superior Court and the Marin County Superior Court, and is active in various Bay Area legal and alternative dispute resolution associations. Prince's ADR practice also encompasses neutral fact-finding services. In addition, she is fluent in Spanish and offers Spanish-speaking services for clients who may be more comfortable communicating in Spanish. Hourly Rate: $375.
