Mr. Plastiras has 30 years experience as a premier attorney, mediator and arbitrator, having been a court appointed arbitrator for the San Francisco Superior Court for 20 years, arbitrating dozens of matters. In addition, he has mediated numerous matters, resolving a wide range of issues. His areas of expertise are legal malpractice, professional negligence and real estate law, but he has resolved issues in personal injury, contract disputes, professional liability, and complex litigation. Plastiras is the President and CEO of Plastiras & Terrizzi, A Professional Corporation, and has been in private practice for over 30 years. He has prosecuted and defended general civil actions, with emphasis on attorney liability actions, commercial and real estate litigation, in all Northern California State and Federal Courts. In addition to his skill and experience as a mediator and arbitrator, Mr. Plastiras is also a California licensed real estate broker, and President and CEO of Parkway Properties Investment Corporation, a full service commercial real estate brokerage.
