Kenneth Johnson, formerly with Crosby Heafey Roach & May, has 33 years of civil litigation and trial experience. In substantial part, this experience involves construction-related controversies and product failures, but it also includes significant involvement in several other practice areas, including those identified above.

Johnson began furnishing mediation and other ADR neutral services 15 years ago as an adjunct to his litigation advocacy. In 2003, he redirected his practice to solely providing such services. Besides his private ADR practice, Mr. Johnson renders ADR neutral services for the Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco Superior Courts and for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
