Lizbeth Hasse, an active neutral with over 30 years of large and small firm law practice, has mediated thousands of disputes in a wide range of cases.   Hasse is known for managing mediations with a competence that holds the respect and trust of parties and their counsel. She brings a knowledgeable approach to problem-solving and helps participants develop thoughtful and practical solutions. Counsel commend her ability to provide a structure that allows all sides to be heard, to overcome previous obstacles to resolution and to provide focused follow-up when needed. Hasse’s background includes frequent public presentations, teaching in her fields of expertise at internationally renowned institutions and publishing for a specialized and general readership.

Mediating extensively for 12 years, Hasse has three decades of law practice in business operations, litigation and commercial transactions, intellectual property law (copyright, trademark, licensing, trade secret), employment, media, entertainment and the arts.  She has negotiated multi-national transactions and resolved disputes involving multiple parties, cross-border issues, sensitive highly confidential matters and technical complexity. She serves as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral evaluator in her areas of expertise.
