Marc Fong has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1978. He is a founding member of Fong & Fong, a Northern California boutique Real Property/Business law firm. As a mediator Fong strives to provide prompt and effective dispute resolution to parties involved in complex and often highly charged, legal matters. His strength lies in his ability to listen and assisting parties in structuring lasting, workable settlements.

Fong is certified to mediate for the US District Court of Appeal, the California State Courts of Appeal, 1 st and 3 rd Districts, and many of the local Bay Area Courts.

Specialized Mediation Training: Fong received his first formal mediation training in 1994 and has continued his training with the University of California at Berkeley, the United States District Court, the California State Court of Appeal and Steven Rosenberg's Advanced Mediation Training, amassing close to 200 hours of specialized training.

Hourly Rate: $325 per hour for two parties. No charge for travel in the Bay Area.
