Mediation Experience: Nearly ten years experience assisting the resolution of a wide variety of matters including: Wrongful termination, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and disability discrimination claims; Commercial, real property and construction disputes; Misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition claims; Building code and regulatory enforcement disputes; Attorneys’ fees disputes. Trained in both evaluative and facilitative mediation methodologies.

Legal Experience: More than 23 years of trial and appellate experience in civil, commercial and employment disputes representing closely held family businesses, government entities, large companies and individuals.

Mediation Panels and Professional Organizations: Member, Northern District of California Mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation panels; Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, Santa Clara and Yolo County Superior Court mediation panels; California Courts of Appeal, First and Second Appellate District mediation panels. Member, The Mediation Society; Association for Dispute Resolution of Northern California.

Hourly Rate: $340 for 2-3 parties; $350 for 4 or more parties
