His present practice consists of an expanding mediation and arbitration practice as well as ongoing representation of plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters. Previously, he served for 15 years as senior trial attorney for the Law Office of David Hirshik. His representation of plaintiffs and defendants throughout his career allows him to better appreciate the interests and concerns of all sides. He has successfully mediated well over 250 civil cases. He approaches each mediation with patience, persistence and a sense of humor. He is skilled in all forms of mediation and tailors his approach to the facts specific to each case. He brings an open mind, a problem solving perspective and evaluative abilities to each mediation. Bostick has over 150 hours of mediation training, including the Rosenberg Advanced Mediation School, the UC Berkeley Mediation Institute and the 3rd District Court of Appeal Mediation Intensive. In addition, his training includes over 100 hours of coaching/mentoring with some of the most prominent mediators in Northern California and Arizona. He is also a Court approved mediator and/or settlement mentor in the counties of Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Solano, San Mateo and Sonoma. He serves as a mediator for the First and Third District Court of Appeals. He graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 1979 and received his J.D. from Golden Gate University in 1983. Hourly Rate: $350 for two parties, $400 for three parties and $450 for four or more parties. |
