Burton F. Boltuch specializes in employment and business counseling and litigation. He is an expert both in wrongful termination and employment discrimination. He has practiced in the field since 1976, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and has extensive litigation experience encompassing employment discrimination, wrongful termination, union-management and other employment-related matters.

Boltuch often serves as a neutral mediator to help parties resolve employment-related disputes and is a regular volunteer panelist in the Early Settlement Program of The Bar Association of San Francisco.

Boltuch's professional expertise includes: defending employers in wrongful termination and employment discrimination litigation; representing individuals in various employment-related issues including wrongful termination, wage and hour, harassment and discrimination claims; and negotiating offers of employment and departure agreements for executives.
