Sandra Blair guides the mediating parties toward solutions tailored specifically to their unique circumstances while keeping the process constructive and respectful.  She is thorough in assisting to resolution whether the matter is a complex, large-asset estate or a more modest situation.  She is experienced mediating when the parties have strained or contentious personal dynamics.

Blair has practiced Family Law for over 35 years and over 17 years mediating.  She is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Blair serves as a mediator for the First Appellate District Court of Appeal and acts as Judge Pro Tempore for the San Francisco and Marin County Superior Courts.  She is the Editorial Consultant for California Marital Settlement and other Family Law Agreements (CEB), authored the Property chapter in California Domestic Partnerships (CEB) and regularly lectures on these topics.  She serves as Chair of the Attorney-Client Fee Disputes Committee of The Bar Association of San Francisco and is Chair of Collaborative Practice San Francisco.
