Jobs at BASF

The Volunteer Legal Services Program (VLSP) of The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) is seeking a part-time Supervising Attorney to work for our new Federal Pro Bono Project.

VLSP provides free legal services to low-income and indigent people in San Francisco by utilizing private attorneys to handle individual pro bono cases, frequently through specially organized clinics and projects. VLSP mobilizes attorneys in the areas of greatest legal need, creates and operates structures through which they can serve, then trains and supervises these attorneys as they represent clients. VLSP serves clients in all areas of civil law. We work to change lives, not just apply legal band-aids to our clients' immediate problems.

This is a part time, four day a week position.

Job Requirements

The preferred candidate will be a member of the California Bar.
